KindredPath Connect (“KindredPath Connect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent marketing and lead-generation service. We are not an insurance company, insurance carrier, or insurance agency.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information obtained through our website, advertisements, and lead forms.

• Connect you with the licensed insurance producer identified in the form you submitted
• Allow that producer to contact you about life insurance or final-expense coverage

• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements

HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

When you submit a request, we may disclose your information to the specific licensed insurance producer identified in or immediately before the form submission. KindredPath Connect may receive compensation for providing that lead.

For the current Kentucky campaign, the designated recipient is Alexandra Paige Martin, a Kentucky-licensed independent insurance producer affiliated with Family First Life.

Family First Life is an insurance marketing organization and is not the insurance carrier issuing a policy. Insurance products may be offered through one or more unaffiliated insurance carriers, subject to availability, eligibility, underwriting, and the producer’s appointments.

We may also disclose information to service providers that help us operate our business, including website hosting, advertising, form processing, lead delivery, communications, analytics, and record-storage providers. These providers may use information only as permitted in connection with the services they provide.

We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect consumers, our business, or others.

We do not authorize a producer identified for one submission to resell or distribute that lead to unrelated producers. If this practice changes, the disclosure and consent presented before submission must also be updated.

CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES

When you provide the required affirmative consent, you agree that the specifically identified insurance producer may contact you at the telephone number you provided regarding life insurance or final-expense coverage.

Calls or text messages may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, or other automated technology when disclosed in the consent presented to you. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to marketing calls or text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message or directly requesting that calls or messages stop.

Submitting information without affirmatively accepting an optional automated-contact consent does not itself authorize communications that legally require such consent.

COOKIES AND THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Our website and advertising platforms may use cookies or similar technologies to operate services, measure performance, prevent fraud, and understand advertising results.

If you interact with an advertisement or form hosted by Meta or another platform, that platform may separately collect and process information under its own privacy policy. We do not control the independent privacy practices of those platforms.
